What we collect

We collect the mobile phone number you enter, plus the time and source of your SMS opt-in (the OTP request form).

How SMS is used

SMS is used only for transactional service messages:

Account verification codes (OTP sign-in).
Ride confirmations and Caddie dispatch updates.
Arrival notifications.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
